Notice the butterfly farm sits where most normal people might put their TV. But watching these guys grow was a lot more fun than any TV show!
They visibly grew every day. My favorite thing to do was put my ear in the cage and listen to them chomp leaves.
They hung by their "toe nails" for about a day before they turned in to a cocoon.
We had eleven cocoons total. All of them flew off as butterflies.
SOOO Neat! I wish Tyson was there to see them. You guys are so fun!
